Brackley Wind Orchestra was formed in 2002 and now has over 30 members. We perform in churches, village halls, school fêtes, parties and pub gardens playing all styles of music from classical to modern, and can adapt to suit the occasion. Fund raising
In the past, we have supported the Katherine House Hospice, Royal British Legion, Air Ambulance, Multiple Sclerosis Society and Brackley and Cheney Music and Performing Arts Centre, part of Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust.
This year we are fund raising for a breast cancer awareness charity called CoppaFeel! CoppaFeel! exists to educate and remind every young person in the UK that checking their boobs isn’t only fun, it could save their life. They are the first breast cancer charity in the UK to solely create awareness amongst young people, with the aim of instilling the knowledge and tools they need to get to know their bodies.
